Hah! Anne-Marie, 99% of what I know about InCopy, I learned from you! The other 1% is "don't transfer InCopy files with iChat."

In all serious, we rolled out InCopy to one developer ["book line manager/game developer"] at my company, and then another project jumped up and ate all my time ... so over the last few months, I've occasionally taken some corrections from him and imported them, and given him new InCopy files to work on, but that's pretty much it. Aside from working around some interesting crash bugs, it's been smooth sailing and hasn't required me to do or learn too much.

I hope that all our developers [we just have a handful -- small company] will be up with InCopy in the next few months, though.
